My new reservist role as SO2 Engagement: I recently took on the opportunity to shape how the British Army attracts and develops future officer talent.
I’ll now be utilising my vast comms and engagement experience to strengthen outreach across Defence and the whole-of-society in broadening the attraction for leadership and service amongst less represented communities in particular.
Royal Military Academy Sandhurst is the greatest leadership development institution in the world, representing the best our nation has to offer in training and nurturing talent.
It’s a step change from my previous work in Information Activities but a new role I believe passionately for and coming at a time when our nation faces ever-increasing challenges at home and abroad.
So we must ensure the next generation of Army leadership better reflects the society it serves, and through the work of Project Anthony I know we will make a difference.
